Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Madmen Records offers refunds within 7 days after a campaign has started. After 7 days from the campaign start date, no refunds will be issued.

2. Conditions for Refund

Refunds are available within the first 7 days if:

• Services have not been delivered as agreed
• A duplicate payment was made in error

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, contact team@madmenrecords.com or call 343-224-0626 within 7 days of the campaign start date. Refund requests made after this period will not be processed.
